Waterford— The Waterford High School invites all veterans and local residents to the flag pole outside the high school for a Memorial Day ceremony May 25, 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

The ceremony will involve members of the armed forces and include patriotic performances by Waterford students. It will honor the memory of all veterans, but also highlight the sacrifices of Waterford’s own lost heroes. Attendees are asked to arrive by 8:30 a.m. In case of rain, the ceremony could be moved to the field house.
