Ashanti leads off Liquid Sundays

Ashanti leads off this summer's celeb-happy poolside party series at MGM Grand at Foxwoods.

"Liquid Sundays" run every Sunday from this week through Sept. 2, and the public can see the bold-faced names, sip cocktails, dance, and soak in the sun.

And guess what's included in this Sunday's kickoff? Free spray tans!

The luminaries signed up for the rest of the "Liquid Sundays" include: Playboy DJ LC, June 10; Mario Lopez, July 1; Jermaine Dupri, July 15; Audrina Patridge, July 22; and Ice-T and Coco, Aug. 5.

"Liquid Sundays,"

noon-6 p.m. Sundays through Sept. 2, MGM Grand at Foxwoods; for this Sunday, admission is $20, $10 for hotel guests who show their room key; prices for the other events were not available; 21 and up; foxwoods.com.
