Greaney graduates from U.S. Military Academy

Groton— Jonathan Greaney graduated from the U.S. Military Academy on May 26.

Greaney, the son of Michael and Regina Greaney, of Groton, graduated from the Robert E. Fitch Senior High School in 2007. At West Point, he studied American history. He received the Derek E. Hines Award for 2011-2012. Greaney was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Army within the Armor branch and will report to Fort Collins, CO., for his first assignment.
