If you have an email address, you can get your mail any time you wish.

If you have to depend on home delivery that's another whole story. I require home delivery. My regular carrier is excellent and mail is here by 11:50 a.m. But other times when she is not on duty - no mail!

Recently I got a second notice from my auto insurance - policy terminated! Never got any letter the first time. I get mail addressed to neighbors. When I call the post office, the clerk is very polite and tells me mail is running late that day. Calls to the complaint department go unanswered. For a homebound person, it is crucial to receive daily mail delivery. What to do?
