Shauntay Ellis, 25, of the York Correctional Institution, was charged Monday with conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Sonia Delgado, 41, of Hartford, was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer.

Sonia Vazquez, 23, of Hartford, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Rushawn N. McNeil, 36, of 19 Jay St., was charged June 4 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal trespass.

Jason Rodriguez, 36, of 65 Federal St., Apt. 16, was charged Saturday with third-degree trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Roberto Vega, 37, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Monday with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Paul Maurice, 47, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Alexander Rivera, 38, of 187 Huntington St., Apt. B12, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny.

Marcos Fernandez, 43, of 36 Mountain Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny.

John D. Scarpa, 56, of 37 Spring St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with threatening and disorderly conduct.

State Police - Montville

Erica Sanchez, 21, of New Britain was charged Sunday in East Lyme with violation of a protective order.

Casey Blanchard, 26, of 36 Soule St., Jewett City, was charged Sunday in Griswold with four counts of risk of injury to a minor, two counts of violation of a protective order and one count each of disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation.

Norwich

William Poole, 18, of 2 Lee Brook Drive, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with passing in a no-passing zone, engaging an officer in pursuit and refusal to show or surrender license.

Michael Desroche, 53, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with failure to drive right, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sara Marks, 20, of no available address, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Jessica Morgan-Jenkins, 25, of 15 Adelaide Road was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer.
