Norwich police arrest three on drug charges

Norwich – Police on Thursday afternoon arrested three city men on drug charges and seized cash, a car and two ounces of crack cocaine.

Police charged Daniel J. Francois, 22, and Phylippe Boursiquot-Pean, 20, both of 56 Oakwood Knoll, with possession crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to sell. Police also charged Daquann N. McFarlane, 18, of 56 Oakwood Knoll, with two counts of possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with the intent to sell and driving under suspension.

Police said $2,000 in cash, two ounces of crack cocaine and a vehicle were seized during the operation.

Each man is being held on $150,000 and scheduled to appear Friday in Norwich Superior Court.
