Enfield — Connecticut state police say they have resolved a Silver Alert case announced earlier today over two missing children.

Police previously said the children, a 12-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy, were abducted by their 50-year-old paternal grandmother, Theresa Bosley, from their home in Enfield on Thursday.

Police had said they believed the children may be in danger but did not say why they would have reason to believe that.
