Vincent Bucchieri, 22, of Meriden was charged June 16 with evading responsibility and traveling unreasonably fast

Jamie Pagan, 41, of 24 Pleasant St. was charged Thursday with fugitive arrest without a warrant, misuse of a marker plate and operating an unregistered vehicle.

Kayleigh Fuller, 21, of 272 Ohio Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Steven Fuller, 22, of 272 Ohio Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Lebro Mei, 30, of 19 Jay St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Traci Algiere, 40, of 19 Jay St. was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny and breach of peace.

Norwich

Josh Nixie, 19, of no certain address was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Anthony J. Thomas, 21, of 64 Twelfth St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Robert E. Kunkel, 27, of 133 Mathewson St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass.

Jason Pelchat, 30, of 124 Dayton Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Luis Munoz, 36, of 78 Roath St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Francisco Moreno, 23, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with third-degree strangulation, risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.
