Montville

Wallace Scovish, 50, of 161 Route 32 was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jason Love, 31, of East Hartford was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

New London

Robert L. Cyornyek, 28, of West Kingston, R.I., was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and failure to keep narcotics in their original container.

Carlos A. Casillas, 41, of 10 King Arthur Drive, Apt. 143, Niantic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Dennis Stiggle, 46, of 14 Colman St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Robert Welch, 23, of 212 Montauk Ave., Apt. A, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault on a pregnant woman.

Willie Barnes, 49, of 76 Federal St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

Thaddeus Remy, 18, of 24 Second St. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief.

Toyia Shannon, 39, of 116 Smith Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of a restraining order.

Tammy Vistrand, 40, of 152 Norwich Ave. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Brian Gallicchio, 35, of 152 Norwich Ave. was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer and giving a false statement.

John Riley, 45, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Amarylis Fennel, 22, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Wade W. Robbins, 33, of 57 Griswold St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Michal C. Pettini, 23, of 4 Linden Lane was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.
