East Lyme

Andrew Alderson, 45, of 33 Center St. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

William Dietz, 45, of 15 Indian Rock Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, disobeying an officer's signal and failure to drive right.

New London

Yanaldy Rodriguez, 23, of 83 Mansfield Road, Apt. 128, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Rachel Bewlay, 19, of 102 Stonington Road, Apt. A106, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe backing.

Michael Fitzgerald, 53, of 310 Boston Post Road, Apt. 21, Waterford, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, interfering with an officer, second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

Joselito Vazquez, 34, of 42B Blinman St. was charged Thursday with possession of more than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

State Police - Montville

Noelfa Cardillo, 21, of 63 Dunham St., Norwich, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Tarina Harris, 38, of 62 Slater Ave., Griswold, was charged Thursday in Griswold with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Waterford

Jessica Ferran, 25, of 73 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

Reginald White, 34, of 45 Clark Lane was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, illegal possession of a motor vehicle number plate, misuse of plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry proper insurance.
