Waterford — Interstate 95 South has been re-opened at exit 82 following a crash involving two tractor-trailer trucks.
State police said traffic is still slow through the area after the 2 p.m. crash. All lanes had been closed for about 30 minutes, forcing vehicles to leave the highway at exit 82 and travel through town. There were no serious injuries.
Traffic is also backed up on I-95 northbound near exit 89 because of construction.
