Groton Town

Daniel Delvalle, 24, of 55 South Road was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Chad Harrington, 30, of 161 Indian Field Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

New London

Alexis Soto, 28, was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Quintin Veale, 27, of 328 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening.

Mark Brayman, 45, of no known address was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer and misuse of the 911 emergency system.

Samuel Farrell, 20, of 117 Smith Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree criminal mischief.

State Police - Montville

Charles Gummoe, 32, of 30 Soule St., Jewett City, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Dawn Amaru, 50, of 41 Hawkins St., Danielson, was charged Saturday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Francis Anderson, 43, of Somers was charged Friday in Montville with failure to comply with fingerprinting requirements, assault on a public safety officer and breach of peace.

Edward Dubeau, 52, of 619 Jackson St., Willimantic, was charged Thursday in Sprague with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
