Old Lyme – Police said a man who went to make a complaint at the Old Lyme police station was arrested after police determined the man had an outstanding arrest warrant in Ohio.

Police charged David Decesare, 47, of 1 Brookside Ave. as a fugitive from justice Tuesday morning. Police said Decesare was wanted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office in Ohio for violating probation.

Decesare is held on $200,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Wednesday in GA10 Court in New London.
