Groton City

Louis Vargara, 28, of Carle Place, N.Y., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation.

New London

Elizabeth Ortiz-Miller, 32, of 107 Ocean Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended registration.

Ashley Turcotte, 26, of 18 Hammond St., Norwich, was charged Friday with failure to maintain the proper lane and driving with a suspended license.

Francisco Andino, 33, of 31 Vivian St., Waterford, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Shiesha I. Small, 23, of 270 Crystal Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Naquan Williams, 25, of 270 Crystal Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Miguel Albino, 32, 94 Truman St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended licence.

Norwich

Benjamin Stevens, 21, of 7 Scotch Cap Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and criminal violation of protective order.

Heather Spaulding, 42, of 29 Adair St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Kevin Clemons, 23, of Bozrah was charged Thursday in Norwich with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

John Angelopoulos, 21, of 16 Uncas Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Justin Granger, 26, of 237 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Alice Carboni, 72, of 27 Bloomingdale Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Julio Herrera, 36, of 112 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Dequeisha Sledge, 29, of New Haven was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

David Dennis, 60, of 15 Sapia Drive, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.

Robert White, 48, of 99 Oxoboxo Cross Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and using a cellphone while driving.
