Police logs - July 22

Matthew Hebbens, 29, of East Hartford was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

Eduard Cardoza, 29, of 301 Buddington Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Stephanie Davis, 29, of 96 Boulder Drive was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer.

Elizabeth Fachini, 30, of 12 Mansfield Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and evading responsibility.

James Cook, 58, of 127 Hempstead St., Apt. 813, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Keith Nuval, 31, of 176 Norwich Ave. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Jessica Sarah Solomon, 35, of 49 Sunny Hill Drive, Apt. A12, Uncasville, was charged Friday in Preston with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving while her license is suspended and providing a false name or address.

Nina Finocchiaro, 21, of 109 Lamphere Road, Mystic, was charged Friday in East Lyme with failure to carry a license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Michael C. Jenny, 45, of 516 Wylie School Road, Voluntown, was charged Thursday in Voluntown with failure to carry a license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kenneth Flanders, 51, of 43 Bloomingdale Ave. was charged Friday with violation of a protective order and violation of conditions of release.

Andrew Williams, 50, of 553 Mohegan Ave. was charged Friday with violation of a restraining order.
