Zackary T. Carlson, 23, of 1 Crystal Lake Road was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and following too closely.

Karissa Girard, 23, of 161 Connecticut Blvd. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Jared Freeman, 28, of 16 Memory Lane, Waterford, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.

Tatia Spann, 46, of 187 Willetts Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Temika Maddox, 26, of 17 W. Coit St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Sarah Cob, 19, of 22 Anthony Road, Apt. A, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and making an improper turn.

Kathianna Celestin, 20, of 83 Mansfield Road, Apt. 131, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Gerald Ward, 49, of 33 N. Main St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Joseph Hewitt, 45, of no certain address was charged Friday with three counts of violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.

Brett Dawn, 41, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with traveling too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Daniel Melendez, 21, of 48 Dydo Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Janise Gabco-Bowles, 32, of 12 Hickory Drive, Montville, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree false statement and false report of theft of vehicle.
