Groton Town

Mykal L. Martin, 25, of 67 Ibis Lane was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree assault.

Groton City

Jeremy D. Stacy, 32, of 74 Mumford Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have headlights lit.

David J. Cheatham, 22, of Wellington, Fla., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

New London

Inez Malloy, 51, of 101 Colman St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Eric Malloy, 49, of 101 Colman St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Cekoro J. Graham, 20, of 93 Boulder Drive was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Kevin Abramczyk, 29, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, Unit 21A, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Zachary Dobrowski, 25, of 1 North St. was charged Tuesday with possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Merfy Rodriguez Jr., 43, of 45 Fairmount St., No. 2, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Waterford

Heather Wright, 35, of 19 Terrace Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive at a reasonable distance and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Sean Stoy, 42, of 42 Sharp Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Skyler Smith, 26, of New Haven was charged Monday with interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny.

Darlene Kripps, 48, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.
