East Lyme

Chad Olsham, 37, of Madison was charged Monday with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny and three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Juan A. Morales, 37, of 254 Eugene O'Neill Drive, Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with threatening.

Demetrice Mosley, 26, of 901 Bank St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell and failure to submit to fingerprints.

James Mosley, 46, of 182 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Lisa M. Mosley, 42, of 901 Bank St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Tekum Fonong, 25, of 215 Main St., Niantic, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and cell phone violation.

Elaine A. Booker, 46, of Mastic, N.Y., was charged Monday with assault on an officer, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Marcelino Rios, 43, of 37 Lake St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Tiffany Cruz, 18, of 12 Pequot Road was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor.

Shane Dowdell, 22, of 1533 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

State Police - Montville

John Clapper Jr., 58, of Moosup was charged Sunday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Freddy Rivera, 53, of Meriden was charged Sunday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Arthur Hobson, 25, of 25 Tinker St., New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Devon Brindle, 20, of 143 Crystal Lake Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with breach of peace.
