Florida's officials are warning residents and visitors of dangerous rip currents as Hurricane Sandy moves north. Tropical storm warnings are in effect for the Florida east coast from Ocean Reef to Flagler Beach and Lake Okeechobee. Tropical storm watches have been issued for the Florida east coast from north of Flagler beach to Fernandina Beach and the Upper Keys as well as Florida Bay.
