Robert B. Ricker, 42, of Lebanon, Maine, was charged Oct. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Edward G. Nichols, 55, of 27 Lamont Road was charged Oct. 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to keep plates readable.

Richard S. Finnegan, 42, of 88 Bloomingdale Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Oct. 31 with first-degree criminal trespassing.

Christopher L. Walters, 36, of New York, N.Y., was charged Oct. 29 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Michael P. Orefice, 60, of Agua Dulce, Calif., was charged Oct. 29 with interfering with an officer.

John R. Negron, 26, of 59 Linden St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to use a turn signal and criminal impersonation.

Jose M. Colon, 27, of 35 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 5, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

Joe B. Roberts, 48, of 20 Garvin St., Apt. 3E, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation.

Waterford

Celina Cancelmo, 22, of 301B Flanders Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast for conditions.
