Unburied treasure at Ocean Beach

Patrick Orange of Colchester uses his metal detector at sunset Thursday at Ocean Beach Park in New London. Orange said that the shifting sands of Hurricane Sandy brought more metal items to the surface of the beach, making it easier for him to find several coins and some costume jewelry.
