Coldwell Banker to acquire Home Services LLC

New Jersey-based Coldwell Banker announced Tuesday the acquisition of Home Services LLC, with 20 employees and offices in Southbury and Oxford.

Home Services does business in Southbury as Century 21 Home Services Scalzo Group and in Oxford as Century 21 Home Services Richter Real Estate.

The Southbury office will remain open under the Coldwell Banker name. The Oxford office will merge with an existing Coldwell Banker site in Oxford.

"This acquisition is part of our continued strategy to grow our presence in Connecticut," Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., said in a statement.
