    Windsor eliminates Fitch 38-7

    Windsor — Quinn Fleeting accounted for all six Windsor touchdowns as the second-seeded Warriors rolled to a 38-7 victory over No. 7 Fitch in the Class L state football playoff quarterfinals Wednesday night.

    Fleeting completed 20 of 28 passes for 305 yards and four touchdowns and ran for two more as Windsor (10-1) advanced to Sunday's semifinals against No. 6 New Canaan at a site and time to be determined.

    Bobby Johnston rushed for a 105 yards and scored on a 74-yard run in the third quarter for the Falcons, who finish 8-3.

    Windsor broke the game open late in the first half when they scored 19 points in the final 4:43 to break a scoreless tie.
