ELHS hosts a Holiday Extravaganza Telethon

For the second year in a row, East Lyme High School is sponsoring a telethon to raise money for Care & Share of East Lyme, Inc. The funds will provide food and financial and emergency support to individuals and families in need in East Lyme and Salem.

This Holiday Extravaganza Telethon - showcasing performances by members of the East Lyme community - will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday.

People can watch the show live on MetroCast channel 22 or at http://www.eastlymeschools.org/page.cfm?p=3451.

The phone numbers for pledges during the show are (860) 451-9484 or (860) 451-9485. Everyone who donates at least $25 will be entered into a raffle for a themed basket or gift certificate to a local business.
