The Common Loon

The menu describes this dish as "the chef's favorite pizza." That chef knows what he's talking about. The mixture of toppings create a symphony of flavors - the slight sweetness of the carmelized onions, the tang of the calamata olives, the puckishness of the chevre. All that combined with roast chicken, whole roasted garlic, rosemary and mozzarella? Downright delicious. The pie was $11 and lasted me two meals.
