Date change for Monk show at Garde

The T.S. Monk Sextet concert at the Garde Arts Center has been rescheduled from Saturday, Jan. 26, to Friday, April 26. The concert will be at 8 p.m. in the Oasis Room, and tickets are $40.

Son and protégé of the legendary Thelonious Monk, T.S. has received the New York Jazz Awards' Recording of the Year Award and Downbeat's prestigious Album of the Year Reader's Choice Award for "Monk On Monk."
