WTO set to perform on BET

The New London dance crew WTO has been selected to perform on the BET program "106 & Park." The show will air live at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

WTO, whose dancers are all self-taught, auditioned in New York City last week. They got a good reaction from the producers and then received a call the following day, inviting them onto the video countdown show.

The WTO (which stands for We're Too Original) crew has five members, three of whom were able to make it to auditions - Todd Belcher, Kevin Mendez and Junjun. The other two members are Nelson Chalas and Manuel Chalas.

They will do one dance routine, and if they get enough viewers' votes via the "106 & Park" app, they move on to the battle round.

Belcher, 20, who's long been a fan of "106 & Park," says, "I really still can't believe it myself. ... This is like a dream come true."
