Sing a valentine or two

Soprano Eden Casteel and pianist Jennifer Christina Holden present an evening of French, Spanish and English love songs in "Funny Valentines" at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, as part of Calvary Church's Concerts at Calvary series.

The free concert features music of Gounod, Faure, Hahn, Ginastera, Rodrigo, Obradors, Quilter and Bolcom, plus two seldom-heard vocal pieces by Benjamin Godard. A reception will follow the concert.
