Timothy Sullivan, 39, of Niantic, was charged Saturday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Thomas Birk, 30, of 52 Penn Ave., Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

New London

Anibal Nieves, 34, homeless, was charged Sunday with possession of a restricted substance, possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Quincy Bridges-Hightower, 31, of Bristol, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich

Daniel Wollenhaupt, 29, of 80H Mohegan Park Road, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

State Police - Montville

Maria Moreno, 36, of 33 Perry St., New London, was charged Saturday in Montville with improper use of vehicle marker, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and risk of injury to a minor.

Waterford

Jennifer Jarvis, 28, of 12 Home St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.
