Groton City

Jennifer M. Rogers, 27, of 56 Oakwood Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Kimberly Hnat, 22, of 371 Tyler Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Cindy A. Borders, 45, of 147 Allen St. was charged Sunday with issuing a bad check and Monday with two counts of possession of narcotics not in their original container.

Groton Town

Brandon A. Chapman, 18, of 33 Roberts Road was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.

William J. Hartung, 29, of 195 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief.

Roderic A. Call, 29, of 378 Meridian St. Extension was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief.

Ronny J. Perkins, 29, of 10 Larch Road was charged Monday with second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Maryellen Schon, 48, of 1039 Valley Road was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Erin E. Dailey, 25, of 38 Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Keryn L. Howe, 29, of 41 E. Pattagansett Road, Apt. 3A, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William A. Allman, 22, of 280 Gardner Ave., Apt. A1, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry insurance.

Victor Galarra, 28, of 2 Union St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kalin A. Bellicchi, 30, of 6 Alewife Road, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to use a turn signal.

Edward E. Abbott, 47, of no certain address was charged Monday with failure to appear in court.

George Sawicki, 33, of 19 Alger Place was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Darrell E. Reels, 50, of 980 Bank St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and improper signal.

Delbert Street, 50, of 19 Jay St. was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

Tammy Mercer, 50, of 41 S. Main St. was charged Monday in Jewett City with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Timothy Graffam, 43, of 41 S. Main St. was charged Monday in Jewett City with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jose Torres, 27, of 120 High St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Tyler Glendenning, 20, of 282 Chesterfield Road, East Lyme, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
