Brewery throws anniversary party

Cottrell Brewery is hosting a "Sweet Sixteen" open house from 3-6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, to celebrate 16 years of making craft beers.

Dans All Night will provide the music. Snacks made with Cottrell beers by Stonington bakery Zest and Cottrell beers and cask-conditioned ale samples will be available. A raffle, benefiting the Neighborhood Pawcatuck Center, will be held. Prizes include T-shirts, pint glasses and a lunch with Cottrell brewers for five and an exclusive preview of Cottrell's next beer.
