    Local roundup: On the road, Camels get a win over Stevenson in women's hockey

    Reisterstown, Md. - Olivia Farrell and Sam Schoeneberger had a goal and assist each as the Connecticut Colledge women's hockey team beat Stevenson 4-1 Saturday.

    Leah Kallen and Justina Germano also scored goals, Molly Murphy and Leigh Getz had assists and Kelsie Fralick made 13 saves for Conn College (11-9-1).

    H.S. wrestling

    • The Eastern Connecticut Conference tournament has changed its schedule and format.

    The tournament, which will take place at Fitch, has been postponed for today and will be held Monday and Tuesday. The field has been reduced in each weight class to top 8 - although other seeded wrestlers are urged to attend Monday's weigh-ins in case of scratches.

    There will also be an extra three pounds of weight allowance. Wrestlers at 106 pounds, which were upped to 108, are now up to 111, etc.

    Wrestling begins Monday at 4 p.m., and includes quarterfinals, semifinals and consolation quarters and semis. Finals begin Tuesday at 6 p.m.

    H.S. indoor track

    • The Class LL Indoor Track Championship, originally scheduled for Saturday but pushed to Sunday by the winter storm, has now been rescheduled to Wednesday. It will be the at Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven, starting at 4 p.m.

    The Floyd Little Athletic Center will also host the Class S Championship on Monday at 4 p.m., and the Class L Championship on Tuesday at 4 p.m.

    The State Open, scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 16, has been pushed back to Tuesday, Feb. 19. It will also be at the Floyd Little Athletic Center, starting at 4 p.m.
