Albert Joseph Dugas, 41, of 76 Eastwood Road, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor

Eric Anthony, 40, of 125 Briar Lane, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and disobeying the signal of an officer.

Joseph C. Telgarsky, 35, of 4B Valley St., was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
