Valentine's Day newlyweds: 'It's a dream come true for us'

Newlyweds Lisa and Kevin Huggard, of Norwich, send the flock of mallard ducks flying as they move into position for some wedding photos after being married by Justice of the Peace Marie Tyler Wiley in the Meeting House in the Olde Mistick Village in Stonington Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013. The Huggards had been making different wedding plans but saw the free ceremonies offered by Wiley and decided to take advantage of the opportunity. "It's a dream come true for us," said Lisa. This is the fifth year that Wiley has offered the free officiations. Couples with a valid marriage license in the town could choose between one of five ceremonies of varied length and formality. Wiley married six couples by noon.
