Grab a bite, make a bid for MASH

Coogan Gildersleeve Appliances will hold its fourth annual fundraising event to support Mystic Area Shelter & Hospitality's efforts to help local families with children facing homelessness on Saturday, Feb. 16. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the store will offer a free lunch buffet and local goods and services available through a silent auction.

The buffet will feature kielbasa, ham and cabbage, pork loin, pierogis, baked beans, potato pancakes, a variety of sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Guests are welcome to bring contributions of household necessities for MASH.

Coogan Gildersleeve Appliances is at 2 Greenmanville Ave. in Mystic.
