Groton City

Edward Quinones, 22, of 55 Bishop Lane, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Groton Town

Maria Bliven, 39, of 60 West St., New London, was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor.

Marc E. Nunn, 42, of 134 Alden St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Friday with fifth- and sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

April M. Hartigan, 27, of 159 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Mystic, was charged Friday with second-degree threatening, breach of peace, fourth-degree larceny and cruelty to animals.

Montville

Jason Rankin, 33, of 33 Terrace Ave., Apt. 3, New London, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive right.

Shante C. Deandrade, 22, of 69 Ethel Acres, Lisbon, was charged Saturday in Preston with breach of peace.

Leone Santo, 28, of 21 Hartford Ave., Old Lyme, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michelle McCormack, 41, of 646 Lantern Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Feb. 6 in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Nichole Espanol, 29, of New Britain was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Luis Guzman, 35, of New Britain was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
