Literacy Volunteers Valley Shore has released a cookbook of nearly 100 international recipes contributed by students, tutors, board members and friends. The cookbook's inspiration is the LVVS annual Awards Potluck Banquet supported by heritage cuisine prepared by students.

Cookbooks are $10; proceeds benefit LVVS. For more information or to purchase the book, call the LVVS office at (860) 399-0280 or go to lower level of the Westbrook Public Library, 61 Goodspeed Dr., Westbrook.
