Scramble for Scrabble

Literacy Volunteers Valley Shore has teamed up with the Essex Rotary for its fifth annual Scrabble Scramble Tournament, to be held from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at Essex Meadows, 30 Bokum Road.

Tables of four people will play cooperatively on a single Scrabble board to best other tables. Prizes will be awarded to tables with the highest score in each of two rounds, as well as an overall winner.

The fee to play is $25 per person and coffee and snacks will be provided.
