Fling away the winter Blues
The Ocean Community YMCA Mystic Branch will hold its annual cocktail party and auction, "A Fling into Spring," from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 9 at the Velvet Mill in Stonington.
The evening will include an auction, live music, cocktails and appetizers donated by community members and friends of the YMCA in support of the 2013 Reach Out To Youth Campaign. The campaign targets $100,000 to contribute to the "Y Cares" financial assistance program that subsidizes programming costs for those in need. All of the donations will benefit children and families in the community.
