Groton City police search for coin thieves

Groton - City police are requesting the public’s help in identifying two suspects in the theft of more than $1,000 worth of coins from a machine at the Bridge Street Laundry at 126 Bridge St.

The burglary occurred at about 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Two men were captured on surveillance video breaking into the laundry’s change machine.

Anyone with information about the theft or the identity of the two suspects is asked to contact Groton City Police at (860) 445-2451.
