New London

Steven Mantey, 62, of 45 Sherman St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

Fabian Benitez, 34, of 180 Crystal Ave. #2, was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

Grace E. Beck, 54, of 13 Prindeville Ave., Waterford, was charge Saturday with failure to obey a traffic control signal, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Norwich

Thomas Winston, 26, of 90 North St., was charged Saturday with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

State Police - Montville

Cory E. Morel, 19, of 8 Gorman Street, Apt. C, Moosup, was charged Feb. 22 in Plainfield with risk of injury to a minor.

Scott Pepka, 41, of 12 South D St., Taftville, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Stonington

Daniel E. Burdick, 39, of 1 Mowry Road, Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Waterford

Jesse Conklin-Chadwick, 32, of 268 Shore Road, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, third-degree assault, evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to stop for an emergency vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to have minimum insurance, traveling unreasonably fast, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Ronald Loyer, 22, of 188 Hickory Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
