Groton City

Darryl J. Henry, 23, of 51 Blackhall St., Apt. 2, New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and improper use of a license plate.

Montville

Jessica L. Roberge, 31, of 27 Hale Haven Court, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny.

New London

William Munoz-Vazquez, 41, of 51 Mountain Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Raashid Cox, 23, of 365 Jefferson Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree trespassing, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wayne Atkins, 57, of Cleburne, Texas, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failing to stop at a traffic signal.

Norwich

Mark Zuraw, 61, of 1949 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

Algeron Stone, 41, of 75 Spring St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and threatening.

Jorge Rivera, 23, of 35 Washington St. was charged Friday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

Larry D. Wright, 49, of 199 Summit St. was charged Friday with second-degree sexual assault and tampering with a witness.

State Police - Montville

Sean Durand, 28, of 37 Main St., Apt. 5, Jewett City, was charged Saturday in Jewett City with first-degree criminal mischief, criminal violation of a protective order, attempt to commit a crime, threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Waterford

Marius Williams, 22, of 31 Scotch Cap Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

Ashley Turcotte, 26, of 22 Swan Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and evading responsibility.

Mark Melly, 55, of 9 Ridge Trail, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have head lamps, failure to carry certificate of registration/insurance identification and failure to have stop lamps or turn signals.
