East Lyme

Tyler Jake, 22, of 11 Portland Ave., Old Lyme, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree damage to railroad property.

Christopher Neal, 20, of 15 Freedom Way, Niantic, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree damage to railroad property.

New London

Carlos M. Santiago, 43, of 24 Grove St., 2nd floor, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Laura Silva, 40, of 4 Union Court, Apt. 2, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display front marker plate.

Jarvis Surney, 19, of 320 Colman St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief.

Wendy Lynch, 39, of 184 Pequot Ave. was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Loydeeka Mitchell, 36, of 30 Ocean Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Emanuel Roman, 25, of 110 Boulder Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Norwich

Alvaro Ruiz, 37, of New Britain was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Monte White, 29, of 73 W. Main St. was charged Thursday with five counts of illegal use of a credit card, third-degree forgery, fifth-degree larceny, violation of probation, interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Rhonda Sutherland, 46, of 258 Prospect St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right of way.

Stonington

Agatha R. Murphy, 36, of 62 Main St., North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Waterford

Gemma Brennan, 38, of 17 Wild Rose Place was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.
