Talk time travel with UConn prof

Professor Ronald L. Mallet of the University of Connecticut's Department of Physics will lead a talk titled "The Past And Future of Time Travel" at 7 p.m. April 4 at the Essex Town Hall. Mallet's talk is presented by the Essex Library as part of its ongoing Science For Everyone lecture series.

Based on his book, "Time Traveler: A Scientist's Personal Mission to Make Time Travel a Reality," Mallett will lecture on the scientific possibility of time travel based on Einstein's theories of relativity and highlight his current research. The lecture is non-technical and free and open to the public.
