ACGOW seeks entries to regional show

The Artists' Cooperative Gallery of Westerly (ACGOW) invites area artists to enter its 20th Regional Art Exhibit, scheduled for May.

Close to 400 pieces are submitted annually with approximately 115 works selected. This year's show will be juried by Ann S. Woolsey, deputy director, Museum of Art, Rhode Island School of Design. Exceptional work is also recognized in a variety of categories and accompanied by cash awards.

Submissions will be accepted by hand delivery to the gallery on Saturday, April 27, and Sunday, April 28, from noon to 5 p.m. A complete prospectus for the 2013 ACGOW Regional Art Exhibit can be downloaded from the events calendar at www.westerlyarts.com.
