Palmer L. Tillman, 59, of 25 North Stonington Road, Stonington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to drive in the proper lane.

Bettejo Murray, 43, of 22 Central Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Zabelon Franck, 50, of 272 Connecticut Ave., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Paul Walz, 49, of 23 Fifth Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, using an improper signal and failure to maintain the proper lane.

Michael Staphos, 44, of 7 Center Road, was charged Friday with violation of probation, interfering with a police officer and simple trespass of railroad property.

Sean Mulligan, 33, of 13-1 Griswold Point, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failing to have tail lamps.

Jacob Coombe, 19, of 5 High St., was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, failure to have narcotics in an original container, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
