New London

Walter Velazquez, 32, of 118 Vauxhall St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Albert R. Jourdy Jr., 59, of 10 Railroad Place, Norwich, was charged Saturday with first-degree trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Matthew J. Patterson, 26, of Durham, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have headlights illuminated and failure to carry proof of insurance.

Robert J. Serrambana, 29, of Storrs was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Norwich

Manuel Gonclaves, 56, of 263 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jason Couture, 37, of Danielson was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Carlos Juan Munoz, 30, of 84 River Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and criminal mischief.

Christopher Borodezt, 27, of 1391 Norwich Road, Plainfield, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a pistol or revolver without a permit.

State police - Montville

Lonny Lee Lade, 56, of Warrenton, Ore., was charged Saturday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Stonington

Scott Charles Rathgaber, 28, of 19 Cosmo St., Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Shannon Marie Lewis, 29, of 6 W. Arch St., No. R, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Ann Ottewill, 60, of Overland Park, Kan., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Sarah Primo, 29, of 19 Sleepy Hollow Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display license plates.

Wilbur Mack, 31, of 84 Raymond St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.
