Got used books?

The Public Library of New London is accepting donations for its annual spring book sale to be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 25 at the library, located at 63 Huntington St. Donations of hardcover and paperback books, DVDs, CDs, books-on-tape, vinyl record albums and puzzles will be accepted. (No VHS tapes, encyclopedias, text books, magazines or Reader's Digest Condensed Books.) Donations must be in decent condition.

Books may be dropped off in the lobby, at the lower level of the library by the parking lot entrance, during regular hours. Library hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
