Grand list up slightly in East Lyme

East Lyme - The 2012 grand list of taxable properties in town grew slightly, by 0.18 percent, to a net total of $2,050,119,208.

Personal property assessments grew by 1.84 percent, to $43,887,499. Real estate assessments rose slightly, by 0.19 percent, to a net total of $1,881,561,539. However, motor vehicle assessments fell by 0.46 percent, to $124,670,170.

The top 10 taxpayers are:

2. L&L East Lyme LLC (Grocery and Strip Stores), $9,743,510

3. 417 Main St. Niantic LLC (assisted living), $9,296,280

4. Orchards of East Lyme Development 1 (residential lots), $5,991,580

5. Mitchell Trust LLC (various), $5,124,930

6. GPF Flanders Plaza LLC (grocery and strip stores), $4,493,720

7. SMV Niantic LLC (rehab center), $3,923,500

8. Deerfield 95 Investor (apartments), $3,558,760

9. HTD Aerospace/Triumph Actuation (manufacturing), $3,357,120

10. Windward LLC (apartments), $3,084,670
