Michael Meara, 31, of 31 Riverview Ave. was charged Thursday with possession of heroin.

Jeremiah Rivera, 43, of 47 Federal St. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Sekiyo M. Frett, 26, of 571 Ocean Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Lori St. Jean, 46, of 368 Grindstone Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Benjamin Gale, 20, of 15 Cape Ann Court was charged Wednesday with possession of a hallucinogen.

Wendell Soctomah Jr., 38, of 121 Green Hollow Road, Danielson, was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening.

Roland Euell, 20, of 33 Providence St., Taftville, was charged Wednesday with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Norwich

Felicia Betancourt, 28, of 94 Prospect St. was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

Andrew Verdone, 28, of 171 Boswell Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

David Davis, 25, of 1531 Glasgo Road, Griswold, was charged Thursday with third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

State Police - Montville

Robert Cruse, 31, of 41 East Pattagansett Road, Niantic, was charged Wednesday in East Lyme with second-degree criminal mischief.

Cynthia E. Castro, 23, of 62 Slater Ave., Jewett City, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Gracie Ann Maisonave, 26, of New Haven was charged Wednesday in East Lyme with possession of narcotics and unauthorized delivery of narcotics to a correctional institution.

Devon J. Brindle, 20, of 143 Crystal Lake Road, Groton, was charged Monday in New London with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Aaron Rittenberg, 28, of Fall River, Mass., was charged Saturday in North Stonington with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mario J. Alexis, 21, of 169 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged May 3 in Groton with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

Waterford

Jeremy Dixon, 23, 39 Moore Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics in their original container and failure to display marker plates.

Ashley Bell, 25, of 9 Denison Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display marker plates.

Breana Nunn, 21, of 56 Coachman Pike, Ledyard, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
